NEW YORK, USA | 21–23 APRIL 2026 | INTERPHEX 2026 | In partnership with Steq America

SYFPAC® will take part in INTERPHEX 2026, one of the leading global pharmaceutical and biotechnology events, scheduled from April 21–23, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York.

SYFPAC®-Brevetti Angela will participate in collaboration with its U.S. partner Steq America, welcoming visitors at Stand 1643, where its team of sales experts will be available to present SYFPAC® DUO platforms and provide technical insights.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet SYFPAC’s technical and commercial team, including the Technical Sales Manager, Mr. Massimo Consolaro, and explore the company’s expertise in advanced aseptic processing solutions.

SYFPAC® DUO: enabling advanced Blow-Fill-Seal production

At INTERPHEX 2026, SYFPAC® will showcase DUO, a system designed to support continuous, high-efficiency aseptic production while meeting the requirements of modern pharmaceutical manufacturing, in the production of Small Volume Parenterals (SVP) and prefilled syringes, addressing key application areas in the U.S. pharmaceutical market.

Based on advanced Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) closed parison technology, it integrates container forming, filling, and sealing in a single continuous operation within a sterile environment.

This approach ensures:

  • reduced contamination risks
  • high production efficiency
  • flexibility in container design and volume
  • compatibility with multiple polymers such as PP, LDPE and HDPE

SYFPAC DUO supports large-scale production with an optimized footprint and consistent performance, aligning with the needs of pharmaceutical companies operating at commercial scale.

Consolidating SYFPAC® presence in the U.S. market

“We are very pleased to return to INTERPHEX for the second time with our U.S. partner Steq America, whose professionalism and commitment play a key role in representing us in such an important market”, the words of Massimo Consolaro, our Technical Sales Manager.

The participation in INTERPHEX actually marks a strategic step in consolidating SYFPAC’s presence in the U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturing market, where the company is already active through its local partner network.

Meeting the evolving needs of the U.S. pharma manufacturing market

In the U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape, the transition toward commercial-scale production is driving new priorities. At commercial scale, fill-finish is not only a technical consideration, but a matter of capacity, reliability, and long-term supply continuity.

Manufacturers are increasingly looking for solutions that ensure consistent performance, operational efficiency, and reduced contamination risk, while supporting high-volume production across a wide range of applications that span from ophtalmics to respiratory, up to production of biologicals such as vaccines.

SYFPAC Expertise at INTERPHEX Learning Lab Stage 2

INTERPHEX will be also the occasion for Mr. Consolaro, to take part in the Learning Lab Stage 2 program, contributing to a panel discussion focused on the challenges of ensuring aseptic sterility in IV solutions manufacturing.

The session, titled “Post-Sterilization Enhanced CCIT AI-based Technology Applied to IV Bags”, will take place on Wednesday, April 22 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. and will feature, alongside Mr. Consolaro, STEQ Sales Director Mr. Richard Brunetti, as well as experts Gianmarco Pincelli and Serena Santi from Bonfiglioli Engineering, an Italian company leading in high-tech inspection solutions.
