On September 24 at 8:30 AM, Massimo Consolaro, Technical Sales Manager at Brevetti Angela, will bring his extensive technical experience in the development and implementation of SYFPAC® systems for pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide to his presentation, “Next Generation Closed Parison Technology”. His session will open the second day of the technical conference program.

Joining him in Santiago will be Ajay Kabbur, Area Sales Manager at Brevetti Angela, who works closely with pharmaceutical companies across international markets.

Rethinking Closed Parison Technology

Recognized as a key factor behind the aseptic filling capabilities of Blow-Fill-Seal technology, the closed parison concept remains a central topic in the evolution of pharmaceutical BFS manufacturing. The presentation will explore how this concept, traditionally associated with classic rotative systems, has been reinvented and simplified on SYFPAC® DUO through its innovative dual alternating mould system. An approach that enables higher production in one-third of the usual space, while drastically reducing plastic waste and providing an easier, more sustainable alternative to standard BFS platforms.

Smarter Aseptic Manufacturing

For pharmaceutical manufacturers, choosing the most appropriate fill-finish technology means finding the right balance between productivity, aseptic performance and specific production requirements.
