A New Blow-Fill-Seal System designed to redefine the future of aseptic manufacturing

SYFPAC® DUO is more than a new BFS machine: it is a revolutionary Blow-Fill-Seal platform built on a new technological concept. Its first application is dedicated to Small Volume Parenterals and Prefilled Syringes, combining Closed Parison Technology with an innovative dual mould system, introducing a new approach to aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing.

SYFPAC® DUO delivers:

• Up to 40,000 containers/hour
• Only 6 m² cleanroom footprint
• Fill volumes from 0.2 to 50 ml
• Less than 10-minute mould changeovers
• Continuous Grade A (ISO 5) production
